Flavour Thesaurus event in London

Next Monday, the 25th October, I’ll be giving a talk about classic and unusual flavour combinations at Hardy’s Brasserie on Dorset Street in Marylebone. Tickets are £5 inc. a glass of wine, and after the talk a menu inspired by the Flavour Thesaurus will be on offer at £15 a head. More details at
